Fundraising Consultant
Rebecca Desmond has an extensive background in nonprofit leadership and event planning including benefit auctions. Her 40 years of experience and contributions to the county fair industry resulted in her induction to the Western Fairs Association Hall of Fame in 2024. Recently retired from a public agency executive leadership role, Rebecca joins her auctioneer husband Patrick Desmond as an auction recording assistant at the many benefit auctions he conducts. Rebecca understands nonprofit fundraising and is very detailed oriented, skills that she uses in consulting with Raising Paddles clients in planning and executing successful fundraising events.
