Matt Godbehere is a 3rd generation auctioneer from Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas.  With over 20 years of experience, Matt knows exactly what it takes to conduct a record-breaking auction.  Currently, he is a full-time professional fundraising and contract auctioneer. He travels worldwide conducting benefit events.  His passion lies in the fundraising industry where he has raised millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations.  Matt is a 2004 graduate of the Missouri Auction School and one of the few auctioneers who hold the prestigious Benefit Auctioneers Specialist (BAS) designation. He also completed the esteemed Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation from Indiana University in 2018. He is a two time International Auctioneer Championship finalist; as well as the 2016 Arkansas State Champion.  Outside of auctioning, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.  Together they share a love for running, biking, and swimming.  He has completed two IRONMAN triathlons and continues to train for future competitions. Matt believes striving for success is the foundation of everything he does, both professionally and personally.
